An extra 900 jobs are to be created by the outsourcing giant Capita after it signed a deal with Transport for London (TfL) worth £355m

Image:While continuing to help run the London's congestion charge and low emission zones for a further five years under a contracts renewal, Capita has also picked up additional work with the expandedThis includes operating the registration and monitoring of a new lorry safety scheme aimed at cutting the number of road traffic accident victims.

He said:"We are delighted to be continuing to partner with Transport for London, working across Capita's divisions to manage and administer the congestion charge, LEZ and ULEZ.
