The latest report compares data from the deaths of 9,110 people with learning disabilities who died over the past three years. One example cited in the report was because the person was "wheelchair-bound, needs to be hoisted, care home resident, learning disability." "I was exercising in the park at the time of the call and had to find a bench to sit down - I was really taken aback."
