BT is aiming to more than double the share of its workforce from non-white backgrounds to 25pc by 2030, becoming the biggest British employer so far to impose such a target and going further than others.

What as the UK become, colour, race, religion gender etc doesn't matter it should be simply can the person do the job do they want the job. It would be counter productive to employ to say ' look at what we've done'
