A British man has died in southern Spain after falling from a hotel balcony in the early hours of Saturday, according to reports.they were"investigating" the death of two men in Marbella after"one man landed on another man, killing him as well".
The Foreign Office told the BBC it was"supporting the family of a British man following his death in Spain".
Perhaps it's worth mentioning in the headline that he landed on (and killed) another man 🤷🏻♀️

In order to protect British people abroad from themselves, there should be a requirement that UK Citizens booking Sun ,Sea & drink holidays can only have rooms on 1st floor of hotels, thereby affording them some chance to survive fall off balcony.

This is awful, thoughts go out to the families. Brits have a poor rep when it comes to Spanish balconies.
Another drunk person fell of there balcony, just one of those things I suppose.
The first thing thieves do is open the balcony door in case you come back and catch them stealing. They grab you and throw you off the balcony and leave without taking anything so it looks like an accident. Happens in Prague a lot too.
Perplexing why Brits keep falling from balconies and specifically in Spain! This is a phenomenon that needs looking at seriously

this happens every year (my Spanish friends living in touristic areas tell me) and it does not look like there is sufficient awareness here in Britain. Maybe a government info campaign would help. Or am I wrong?
