A British couple who published video diaries from a cruise ship quarantined off the coast of Japan have tested positive for the new coronavirus, as the UK government announced plans to evacuate citizens from the ship.
If the Chinese can't stop it......no-one can..... the youth here are so full of themselves ..... it's devil may care........as far as they are concerned !
