A British holidaymaker is suing tour giant Tui for at least £200,000 after being paralysed when a massive wave struck him as he swam off Cape Verde.
Are people that thick they do not know waves can be dangerous?
Sorry but anyone that’s been to Cape Verde will no how dangerous the waves are there. You only need to look at them from the beach.
How are tui responsible for waves?
Surely it should be whoever was responsible for changing the flag but then they won’t be a multi-million pound company. Unfortunately in life accidents happen and that’s exactly what this sounds like. I see a lawyer looking to make a big fat fee.
I have stayed at this hotel and been to the beach. The waves are so powerful it’s difficult to get in the sea. We saw many people in plaster casts or with large grazes were the force of the waves had pushed them along the sea bed. Beautiful but dangerous.
I have massive empathy for all people with disabilities, but here I draw the line . What next sue your electricity supplier because you were struck by lightning.
The man who sued God.🤣
can u sue now for bad weather?
