BREXIT PARTY MEP Martin Daubney has hinted at an unofficial alliance with the Conservative Party after Nigel Farage stood down 317 candidates to give Tories an advantage in the December 12 election.

The Brexit Party leader announced on Monday he feared if all 600 candidates stood in the general election it would result in a hung Parliament. Mr Daubney said he is expecting “a degree of arm’s length campaigning in certain seats” from the Tories. Host Julia Hartley-Brewer said: “Is there any prospect at all now that the Brexit Party is going to get anything in return for the rather generous offer of Nigel Farage on Monday to stand down those 317 candidates.
