The midfielder bagged his first international cap against Slovenia.

The Northern Ireland star became a full international last night as he started against Slovenia.

"On a personal note it's the proudest moment I've ever had in my life to date," he told Northern Ireland's X page. "As I said before, it's not just me that saw their dream come true, my whole support network back home, my family and mates, we were all pushing for it. "Hopefully I can kick-on now and help Kilmarnock push up the table, hopefully those performances will be good enough to show Michael that he can trust me enough to put me in again.
