Hannibal Lecter is a fictious character that enjoys cannibalism but I'm quite sure he was not habitual liar that lied to an entire nation to gain power whilst taking monies from our nations enemy. Compared to Johnson, Lecter doesn't seem too bad & at least can hold a conversation
