Make it a legal requirement, unless there are specific medical needs not to do it. Anyone who is preaching about 'nanny state' - your water has fluoride in it, your bread has folic acid in it, and you didn't argue against these.
For once I agree with Boris. It should be illegal not to vaccinate your child unless they have a medical condition which would make it dangerous.

Only way to do this is to make vaccinations compulsary. Even then, there will be a rebellion as people don't like governments telling them what to do. Maybe, parents of non-vaccs should be made to watch videos of children who have suffered effects of measles.
