Blue Brexit passports to be issued from next month

Blue passports will be issued for the first time in almost three decades from next month to mark Britain’s departure from the EU, the government has announced.

Sure, British EU red passport holders should keep being welcome to Europe. On the other hand, Blue Brexit passport holders should stay in queues at the customs for hours and treated as suspicious undesirable migrants... They that sow the wind shall reap the whirlwind.

A formal identity document not a lifestyle statement or a political manifesto. I doubt the sensible silent majority are concerned what colour it is, only that it is accepted at border controls. Strange to see people displaying their superior morality based on a mere colour

When UK was offered colours for the UK/EU passports we currently carry they were offered several options. BLUE was one of them but the Govt of the day chose maroon instead. That Govt was a TORY govt. bluepassport BrexitReality BrexitBritain EUnited

My passport runs out in 2021, so I have the dilemma of getting it renewed now when it's not necessary, but the new one wouldn't be quite as minging as the one coming soon, or wait in hope of getting an actual Scottish one

This article is offensive. As if the guys/gals at immigration just look at the colour. They look at the CONTENT of the passport! The color is irrelevant to speed of the line. 🙄

Blue British passports to return in MarchThey will begin to replace the current burgundy passports, following the UK's departure from the EU. Just renewed our maroon ones without the EU on them will we have to change these again ? Can you not use photos of this woman please?
