Black people nine times more likely to face stop and search than white people

Black people in England and Wales are nine times more likely to be stopped and searched by police than white people, new official figures show.

What if they upped that figure, would that reduce knife crime even further? Worth backing a trial.

Logically, they go with the records showing who (race/age/gender) have been found to be armed the most often. Men more than women, young more than old, and race would depend on the country.
