Obvious neither side actually cares.

It's equivalent to taxpayers covering the liabilities of large companies incurred from their Covid 19 negligence.

Bipartisan? It looks like all of the Republican points are in there and nothing about eviction moratoriums, stimulus checks, etc. And they want to let companies who force their workers to be exposed to COVID to be let off the hook. Our leadership has failed us AGAIN
