No, it was nearly 3 tonnes of ammonium nitrate. Multiply by .42 to get TNT equivalent (nuke) which is then around 1kT. Of course the explosion wasn't 100% efficient, so probably a bit under that. Still insane.

Not sure that this is correct. Ammonium Nitrate's TNT equivalent is in the order of 10 to 15%. This means that the 2750 tons of Ammonium Nitrate compares with 275 to 413 tons of TNT. Not 3 kiloton and not to be compared to a nuclear explosion Refer to GHD report.
