BBC to axe Watchdog programme after 40 years

The consumer rights series, which has been a fixture on BBC One for 40 years and usually runs for two series a year, will appear throughout the year on the BBC’s flagship live nightly show.

How about Question Time as well?

It ought to axe BBC Question Time instead.

It really has been one of the very few programmes that offered something to normal people. It should be part of the news broadcasts rather than entertainment.

No one’s interested in accountability after all.
