Boris must pledge not use words, phrases, and indeed, sentences to express his meaning and convey his policies to the public and other politicians. Doing so implies that there is variation in opinion and encourages the hard-of-thinking to believe that there is disagreement.
Methinks Amber, while wanting to be PM, just wants to show how she would pander to those who would 'hang Tories' or those who unashamedly say they 'hate Tories'. She wants to belong to the big gang of the moment.
