All GP practices in England must offer face-to-face appointments, the NHS has said - bringing an end to the 'total triage' system.

Now just need to get the dragons on reception to actually let you see one

I think the surgery I go to is quite happy to keep things as they are now. A nurse I spoke to at the surgery told me it is much safer this way. I totally disagree. You should see a GP face to face.
