Ajax head coach Maurice Steijn insists a lack of experienced players like Donny van de Beek is doing little to help his side's woeful form.
There is major unrest among supporters and huge pressure on Steijn, who is already the third head coach at the Johan Cruyff Arena since Erik ten Hag left for Manchester United last year. The Dutchman has come in for plenty of criticism but has been hamstrung by a lack of talent coming through the famed academy in recent years.
