Never worked properly. It should have been designed to work on older phones. Most people I know don't have the latest gadgets.

This tells me nothing, since the number of people who downloaded it is not stated. There have been 21 million downloads, apparently. UK population aged 18 and over, some 54 million. So 33 million UK adults never had it in the first place 🤷‍♂️
