In a preview for the second season of the family's reality show, momager Kris scared her family after she was rushed to the hospital.

While the brief trailer doesn't reveal exactly what was wrong with the 66-year-old, she can be seen lying down on a hospital gurney, looking concerned.
Gone were her fancy designer clothes, replaced with a traditional hospital gown.
Her hair was tucked into a cap.
Boyfriend Corey Gamble was with her, and leaned over to give her a comforting kiss as a medical professional looms by.

In a confessional, Kris wipes away tears, as she revealed her fears.
"I can't tell my kids I'm scared," she confessed. "They have enough problems, they don't need to worry about mom."
This isn't the first time Kris has had to visit the hospital under strange circumstances.
In 2019, Kris was "attacked" by her famous daughter Kim's security team, after they mistook the mom for an intruder.

During an episode of the family's original show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim is in the car with a friend when she gets a call from sister Khloe.
Khloe screams: "Oh my God, Kim! You gotta come. Your whole security just f***ing tackled Mom. We just called 9-1-1. This is so crazy."
Kim replied: "Security just tackled my mom?! Wait, wait, I'm rushing home right now, but what happened?!"
Khloe said: "Come over here! I'm outside. The ambulance is on their way here now.
"They were in the backyard, and Mom came down, and when she showed up, I told them, 'Go around,' and they just tackled her! Mom?! I gotta call you back."
Kim added: "I have to look at the surveillance right now. Ohhh. My God."
Luckily, Kris didn't suffer any serious or long term damage.
Elsewhere in the preview, fans were shocked after Kim made a sexy comment to boyfriend Pete Davidson.
Kim, 41, called out to the Saturday Night Live funnyman while he was talking to her sister Khloe, 38.
The reality star was wearing a tight dress as she had her blonde hair combed into a bun.
The Kardashians star said to Pete, 28: "Babe, do you want to shower with me really quick?"
Pete did not hesitate as he replied: "Okay!"
The Suicide Squad actor then threw his cell into the air and hopped across the floor.

He then followed her to the next room as she appeared to be getting undressed.
