Davina McCall paid a touching tribute to Sarah Harding during Friday's Stand Up To Cancer telethon on Channel 4.
The presenter, 54, first met Sarah, who was just 39 when she tragically passed away on Sunday 5 September following a battle with breast cancer, when she hosted Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, the singing competition show where Girls Aloud was formed.
Sarah also competed in the 2016 series of Channel 4's The Jump, which was also hosted by Davina.
Paying tribute to the late star on Friday's Stand Up To Cancer telethon on Channel 4, Davina got emotional as she remembered her friend.

The presenter said: "She was amazing, she was so electric to be around, fun and really vivacious, and a little bit naughty… which we all really loved about her.
"She leaves such an amazing legacy," Davina added: "We will really, really miss her so much."
Viewers were also left emotional as they took to Twitter to pay tribute to Sarah.
One person said: "Lovely tribute to Sarah Harding from Davina earlier #StandUpToCancer."
A different account put: "Davina talking about Sarah #standup2cancer," followed by crying emojis.
Another follower commented: "RIP Sarah Harding, too young. #SU2C."
While a different show watcher added: "This tribute to Sarah Harding #SU2C," followed by crying emojis.
It comes after Davina spoke out on Sarah's death earlier this month.
Sarah wrote a book before her passing, revealing she tragically delayed seeing doctors due to the pandemic.
The late star also admitted she was "in denial" about her symptoms and thought it was a breast cyst due to playing too much guitar.
Davina, who lost her sister suddenly in 2012 to cancer, said that others going through the disease must never feel shame or blame themselves.

She said: "She’d given herself a hard time for not going to sort it out earlier. That, for me, is always the hardest thing. My sister was given a terminal diagnosis in hospital and gave herself a hard time for not doing something about it.
"There’s nothing like the look on someone’s face when they realise that what they’re being told is there’s no treatment. This is palliative care from now on.
"And the idea that you’d ever blame yourself for that is too much to handle. So we need to help people to find ways of detecting changes in their bodies, but never shaming anybody, ever, ever, ever, and least of all shaming yourself, ever. If you get sick, it’s not your fault," she told The Sun.
