It's no secret that The Flight Attendant star Kaley Cuoco has a banging bod, just take a look at her latest snap from this week's Emmy Awards if you need proof. To get Emmy-ready, Kaley enlisted the help of LA-based personal trainer, Ryan Sorensen, before heading off to get glammed up by her hair and makeup team.

So, what exactly does a pre-Awards-show-workout look like?

Luckily, we don't have to imagine, as Kaley's PT kindly shared a series of clips of her workout on socials. He captioned the Instagram post: "Little snap shot of today’s workout. Fresh off a huge travel day Kaley Cuoco is ready to get back to work. Now it’s time to get ready for the Emmys the only way we know how! Embrace the grind and have fun with it."

In the workout, Kaley can be seen running on a treadmill and using a skipping rope. Another clip shows Kaley doing split squats slash medicine ball slams, but that's not all, her workout also includes planking, kettlebell swings, lateral step-overs and dumbbell presses. The final clip shows her using the VersaClimber, which we already know is a big hit with celebrities including Jennifer Aniston and Lady Gaga.

Despite working up a major sweat during her full-body workout, which combines cardio and strength training, Kaley still finds time to have fun with her personal trainer, even flipping off to the camera as she does the plank. She is a comedian after all.

Clearly everyone in the comments section was just as impressed by the workout as we were. "Kaley is SERIOUS about her workouts," commented one Instagram user, as another fan wrote "Kaley isn’t messing around." Someone else commented "She’s in beast mode and I’m here for it! Motivation for days," while another said "@kaleycuoco is SO badass. Massive inspo."

As well as her sessions in the gym, Kaley is a keen horse rider, which anyone who's ever hopped in the saddle will know burns hella calories. Not only is horse riding a great way to have fun and connect with mother nature, it's a great alternative for those who aren't big fans of exercises like HIIT. Regular horse riding can strengthen your core, leg and arm muscles and improve your heart health too.

Anyone want to lend us their horse then?
