Three teenagers between 15 and 18 years old were arrested for their suspected involvement in a series of cheating, involving the non-payment for food items that were delivered to them, said the police.

They would order food items on cash-on-delivery payment terms but insist on making PayNow transfers when the deliveries were made. Through follow-up investigations, officers from Ang Mo Kio Police Division established the identities of the teens and arrested them on Monday (July 17).
