SINGAPORE — Students who are on quarantine order or health risk warning may be allowed to sit for their national year-end examinations if they test negative for Covid-19, the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) said on Sunday (Sept 26).

MOE is out of touch. Imagine you are 12 years old and on quarantine etc orders.. you are probably so worried. And then sit for exams? Gosh…No wonder people say you guys are out of touch
