READ: Alarming lapses at Spize caused acute food poisoning outbreak that killed father of two: CoronerMr Mohamad Fadli Bin Mohd Saleh, an auxiliary police officer attached to Brink's, ate the food on the same day. He died eight days later on Nov 14 from sepsis and multi-organ failure following acute gastroenteritis.
"However, there was insufficient evidence to link Mr Mohamad Fadli’s death to the negligence of any particular individual. As a result, no charges were preferred against any individual," said the authorities.
Nuff said 😂
The license to operate has already been terminated and fine acts as a deterrent and precautionary for other businesses. However, it does give an idea of a fantastic movie script though!!
Just a fine?... The Money just goes back to the state.... What about the dependents of the deceased?
Shut it down.
The fine like 32 cents for them.
