SINGAPORE — Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), which operates casinos, Universal Studios and hotels on Sentosa, said on Wednesday (July 15) that it will be laying off staff due to the “devastating impact” the Covid-19 pandemic has had on the tourism industry.
