The Sparkletots centre in Teck Ghee is located next to an MOE Kindergarten that is located within Ang Mo Kio Primary School."There has been a growing demand for pre-schools that cater to children aged between two months to four years, especially in newer estates or areas with new Build-to-Order flats where there are more families with young children," said Mr Victor Bay, CEO of PAP Community Foundation.
"Over the last 5 years, we have increased our total infant care and child care capacity by more than 10,000 places, especially in newer estates or areas with BTOs with higher demand," he added.
