SINGAPORE: Mixed martial arts promotion firm ONE Championship will hold a live sporting event for up to 250 spectators next Friday , with the event being among the first to pilot the use of COVID-19 antigen rapid tests.
"As ART is by appointment only, attendees are required to book a slot at any of the designated clinics before heading down to avoid crowding," said Ms Ong Ling Lee, director of Sports at STB. "All of them will be required to follow a strictly controlled itinerary to reduce transmission risks," said Ms Ong.
"The safety and well-being of the public and all stakeholders remains our top priority. The resumption of leisure events, including sporting or large-scale events, will be carried out in a careful and calibrated manner to reduce transmission risks," said Ms Ong.
