A 26-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly exposing his genitals to two women along Ulu Pandan Park Connector.
The police said they received"several reports" about the incident on December 29, 2021, at around 11.15pm. Through ground enquiries and with the aid of images from CCTV cameras, officers from Clementi Police Division established the man's identity and arrested him on Sunday .The offence of sexual exposure carries up to one year in jail and/or a fine.
