KUALA LUMPUR — Putrajaya is set to announce a total economic shutdown after Feb 4, should the number of Covid-19 cases in the nation continue to not show any improvement, the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Eurocham Malaysia) said in a letter issued to its members.

The first MCO serve it’s purpose but this MCO 2.0 deviated a lot from the first MCO even though cases are a lot much higher so I don’t understand how this MCO 2.0 is to be effective when the measures compared to the first MCO is so laxed when the cases are so high-my opinion only
