SINGAPORE - An Interpol red notice has been put out against the missing former principal who was sentenced to four years’ jail for several cheating offences in the 2016 O-level examinations.It added that the police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of Poh Yuan Nie, 57.Poh failed to show up in court to begin her jail term.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police hotline on 1800-255-0000 or +65 6255-0000 for overseas callers, or submit it atThe police said: “All information received will be kept strictly confidential. The police would like to remind the public that harbouring fugitives is a serious offence which is punishable with imprisonment and a fine.”

According to Interpol’s website, a red notice is a request to law enforcement worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person pending extradition, surrender, or other legal action.of engaging in a conspiracy to cheat. Fiona Poh was then sentenced to three years’ jail.
