International wellness summit moves from HongKong to Singapore GWS HongKongProtests

SINGAPORE - Organisers of an international gathering focusing on the wellness industry is moving the meeting, originally scheduled in Hong Kong, to Singapore.

The event, scheduled to take place from Oct 15-17, will now be held at Grand Hyatt hotel in Singapore. The protests have also paralysed operations at the Hong Kong International Airport, one of the world's busiest, forcing the airport to suspend check-ins, creating long delays for passengers and cancellation of 1,000 flights this week.

"We are working closely with event organisers and the host sponsor to ensure the event remains first-class and there is little interruption for all attendees and presenters."
