Yen Chong, Deputy General Manager at Qingjian Realty, said they were “very pleased” with the results. “Virtual Booking is entirely new to the real estate market. It was not easy to pull off, but the developers were meticulous in anticipating the buyers’ and agents’ needs during the process,” said Doris Ong, Chief Operating Officer of ERA Realty Network.
“Homebuyers shared that they appreciated it was hosted by an experienced emcee as it made the whole online session professional and entertaining. It made them feel even more confident with the developer.”
