– Eddie Peng's camp has recently dismissed yet another rumour saying that the Taiwanese actor is coming out of the closet with another male artiste.
In a statement released by the Zhong Lun Law Firm, the actor's legal rep stated that they are filing a lawsuit against a social media platform for failing to monitor the activity on the site and allowing the false information to be spread around. The statement also added that the said rumour has caused much concern and stress which are affecting Eddie's life and work.It is noted that this isn't the first time that the "My Sassy Girl" actor's sexual orientation was being discussed online and becoming a subject of internet rumour.
Last year, he took to social media to deny reports that he was dating singer-actor Danson Tang, writing, "Fake, boring, and rotten." Prior to such rumour, Eddie was romantically linked to beautiful stars including Jolin Tsai, Shu Qi, and Janine Chang.
