It’s their job to treat you, and they are paid to do it.

Likelihood of infection at point of discharge is extremely low but it's unknown if the virus is completely cleared or can relapse and be infectious again. Detection is difficult for lower respiratory tract infection viruses as tests (incl. nasal swab-PCR) are not 100% sensitive
Conflicting information. China reported they were sending discharged patients to special centers for another at days to still having some positive tests.
