Despite the outbreak of the coronavirus here and globally, 98 per cent of member companies surveyed by the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) said they were still confident in Singapore as a business destination. One reason was the Government's response to...

"No matter how well you think we might be doing, in a typical Singaporean psyche, we want to do better. We will get to that 100 per cent and work together as a community."More still needs to be done in business preparedness, as 44 per cent said they were not prepared and 26 per cent were unsure of handling the long-term impacts of the epidemic.
