Further details will be provided at 5pm CET, the health department said, declining to say where the first case had been detected.Swiss television RTS said authorities in Ticino, on the border to Italy, had confirmed the case occurred in their region.The new virus has already killed more than 2,600 people, most of them in China, and spread to about 30 other countries, according to a Reuters tally.
