Same thing happened to me months ago and the bus company did nothing to help me almost 80% bus drivers hit brakes very frequently making the rides very dangerous for elderly. At traffic lights they never slow down until realise can't make it then jam brakes hard. The drivers satisfaction in giving lurching, sudden acceleration and deceleration using brakes all the time. Apparently bus companies do not give damn about quality of rides
