India’s western Maharashtra state, home to Mumbai, is one of the country’s worst-hit states, grappling with a surge of coronavirus infections that has overwhelmed hospitals and made field facilities like BKC vital.

Covid-19: Restaurants still turning away large groups who want to be seated at separate tablesSINGAPORE — This is not the first time that people are only allowed to dine in groups of up to five individuals, but restaurant managers and waitresses are still finding themselves caught in sticky situations where diners who arrived in bigger groups try to get admitted by sitting apart.
