SINGAPORE — The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) on Friday (Jan 21) said that about 1.9 million Singaporeans have used their SingapoRediscovers Vouchers at least once, amounting close to S$300 million in transactions as of Dec 31 last year.

This sum comprised nearly S$180 million in vouchers and about S$120 million in out-of-pocket payments. This did not include the amount that Singaporeans spent on site when they visited tourism attractions and related venues, STB said in a media release.

In its latest update, it said that 2.6 million transactions have been made using the vouchers in all. “We thank Singaporeans for supporting our local tourism businesses and we hope that they will continue to explore and rediscover Singapore in 2022,” STB said.
