SINGAPORE: Singapore reported 1,173 new local COVID-19 infections as of noon on Tuesday , comprising 1,038 community cases and 135 dormitory residents.One - a 74-year-old man - died on Sunday. He was admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital on Aug 31 for an unrelated medical condition and tested negative for COVID-19 upon admission.

The other two - a 62-year-old woman and an 83-year-old man - died on Monday, said the Ministry of Health .

I beg the you. Please lockdown. My parents are above 60, fully vax and getting the booster soon, staying home as much as possible, obeying to smm. But when a negative, fully vax patient upon admission only to be positive while warded, its worrisome.

If it was expected why care the numbers? Even 2000, 3000, live with it. Otherwise, please CB again, many already panic with HWR, ART requirements, snap work from home...so is it better close for 4 weeks again, mandatory work from home, stop dine in?
