Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn is back. And this time, she’s got streamers.

The Australian actress has dropped the first look as she gets back in the saddle as the unhinged anti-heroine in the hotly-anticipated Birds of Prey.

“Miss me? HQ,” she captions the pic.

Making her debut in 2016’s Suicide Squad, this spin-off for DC finds her joined by an all-star team of superheroes from the comic book series.

Penned by Christina Hodson (who recently wrote Transformers spin-off Bumblebee) and directed by Cathy Yan, it finds a Gotham City riddled with crime.

With a crew comprising Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Black Canary, Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Huntress and Rosie Perez as Gotham City Police detective Renee Montoya who teams up with them, they endeavour to keep the young Cassandra Cain – who sometimes goes by Batgirl in the comic books – from dangerous crime lord Black Mask, played by Ewan McGregor.

Some teaser footage has dropped too, though it’s a slightly puzzling format – looking more like a music video or a perfume ad than a trailer.

And Ewan McGregor isn’t looking too menacing either.

Nonetheless, the movie is clearly shaping up, and it is slated for release in February, 2020.
