The driver was rescued from his seat in the bus using hydraulic rescue equipment, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force in response to media queries byTammy Tan, SBS Transit senior vice president of corporate communications, said that the service 27 bus driver had sustained leg abrasions and was taken to the hospital along with two passengers.
The driver had mounted a kerb at about 1pm when it was exiting the basement of Changi Airport's T3 towards T1, along 65 Airport Boulevard, said Tan.
