The designer dresses

Victoria Beckham is famous for many things, but it’s her role as a fashion designer she takes most seriously. So when we heard Victoria had been drawing up dress designs for Peltz’s big day, we were not surprised.

But now, much to our surprise, Peltz revealed she will instead be wearing two bespoke Valentino gowns on her big day. While the bride-to-be jetted to Rome for the wedding dress fittings with her stylist, she is expected to wear a dress by Posh during the reception.

“We’ve been to Rome twice, watching everyone in the atelier, they’re just so talented,” she told CR Fashion Handbook.

According to The Sun, Brooklyn asked younger brothers Romeo, 19, and Cruz, 16, to be his best men, while Peltz’s brother Brad will be her “man of honour”.

Peltz even took her brother along for the wedding dress fittings in Italy.

Peltz told CR Fashion Handbook: “The first time I went to Rome, I brought my mum and my brother Brad, who’s actually my man of honour. It is really a beautiful thing to be a part of and it’s very exciting,” she said.

The magnificent seaside venue

The couple might be settling into their new US$10.5 million home in Beverly Hills, but they’ll be jetting off to Florida for their big day.

And for good reason – the wedding will be held on Peltz’s billionaire father Nelson’s 27-bedroom Florida estate. Nelson bought the stunning estate, known as Montsorrel, for US$103 million in 2015.

In fact, the 44,000-sq-ft mansion with its swimming pool and sprawling gardens is perfect for a lavish celeb bash. Complete with beautiful sea views, it’s picture perfect backdrop for an outdoor wedding.

The food

If Peltz’s social media is anything to go by, the young lovers are still in the process of confirming snacks and treats for the ceremony. And are having a great time while doing so.

As their big day draws closer, they have been sharing glimpses of the planning process on Instagram, including the wedding food. Peltz posted on her Instagram Stories: “On the way to cake tastings @brooklynbeckham.”

She shared photos of various delicious delicacies, including a red velvet cake with decadent frosting and little tarts covered in berries.

Of course, as the son of pop culture royalty, and the actress daughter of a billionaire, this wedding is undoubtedly going to be the hottest ticket in town.

When Posh and Becks got married in 1999, they sold their celeb wedding photo rights to OK! magazine. Fast forward 20-something years, and Beckham and Peltz are said to have secured a deal with fashion bible Vogue (Posh circa 1999 would probably not believe this).

Of course, there will be loads of celebs in attendance to snap, most notably the Beckhams’ inner circle, which includes the likes of the Ramsay family. Chef Gordon, his wife Tana and their kids are fiercely close to the Beckhams, and the eldest Beckham son counts 22-year-old Jack Ramsay as one of his besties.

Long-time family friends who watched Brooklyn grow up include stylist Ken Paves, actress Eva Longoria and celeb agent Dave Gardner.

Of course, Victoria’s Spice Girls bandmates are expected to crack invites too, and have been like aunts to the young Beckham over the years.

Beckham’s own celeb friend list includes Oasis singer Noah Gallagher’s daughter Anaïs Gallagher, Madonna’s son Rocco Richie and model Cara Delevingne, while Peltz counts Gigi Hadid and Sofia Richie as close pals.

Elton John, Beckham’s godfather, will unlikely be able to attend due to his scheduled tour dates.
