They are humans not superwomen. They are humans too and high chance , they are not educated. More children and infants will get hurt, more maids will get jailed/fined if no appropriate actions are being done.
Maids need to have proper training and psychology assessment reports done before being hired. Some are not capable to take care of babies or children. Too much work for them especially when employers are not assisting, thinking maids are paid to do everything.
