COVID19 case who tested negative during stay-home notice was detected when she took pre-departure test; positive serology test indicates likely past infection

SINGAPORE: Singapore reported 13 new COVID-19 cases, all imported, as of noon on Tuesday .

Her test result came back positive on Mar 22 and she was taken to the National Centre for Infectious Diseases. Five are work permit holders who arrived from Bangladesh, India and the Philippines, of whom one is a foreign domestic worker. The locations include several locations in Jurong Yuhua Village Market and Food Centre, JEM shopping centre as well as Sushi-GO at Jurong Point.MOH said the number of new cases in the community has decreased from two cases in the week before to none in the past week.

Twelve more cases have been discharged from hospitals or community isolation facilities, bringing Singapore's total recoveries to 60,063.
