UN honours Pakistani peacekeeper with posthumous award

ISPR says the United Nations awarded Sepoy Amir Aslam Dag Hammarskjold Medal.The United Nations has awarded a Pakistani peacekeeper the Dag Hammarskjold Medal, the Inter-Services Public Relations said on Friday.

In a tweet, the ISPR said UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres announced the posthumous award for Sepoy Amir Aslam in a virtual ceremony at UN Headquarters in New York.
