Social media was flooded with pictures and videos of traffic jams in Rawalpindi and Islamabad caused ostensibly by the government placing barricades after the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan announced holding a long march to the capital after Jumma prayers.stated,"The peaceful Namoos-i-Risalat march of the TLP towards Islamabad will start after Friday prayers" from the TLP's markaz .

The Interior Ministry on Thursday issued orders to block internet services in multiple areas of Lahore to maintain"law and order situation" in the province. It is pertinent to mention that Rizvi has been detained by the Punjab government since April 12 for maintenance of public order. Initially the TLP chief was detained for three months but later the detention extended under the Anti-Terrorist Act on July 10.

A federal review board is scheduled to take up the government’s reference against Saad on Oct 23, according to a Dawn report.

The TLP picked up the bodies of 27 martyrs from April 12 to 20. Despite this, it negotiated with the Gov, but after facing the courts for six months, the TLP leaders were found not guilty. لبیک_ناموس_رسالت_مارچ
