Peace in Afghanistan mandatory for peace in world, says Punjab governor

Addressing a ceremony on Tuesday, he said that unstability in Afghanistan will benefit terrorists. “People will die in Afghanistan because of financial crisis and starvation. If terrorists get strong then it will be destructive for the world. The US should unfreeze the assets of Afghanistan and help it unconditionally,” he maintained.

Chaudhary Sarwar said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, there is peace in Pakistan today. “The world should undersand that niether a war is solution to problems nor Afghanistan can be defeated. Pakistan has rendered sacrificies to eradicate terrorism most of all. Pakistan is on the frontline for bringing peace inAfghanistan.”

The Punjab governer said that nothing is impossible in life, but hard work is the condition for it. “Pakistan belongs to all of us and we all have to fulfill our responsibility for its prosperity and progress. To make progress in the changing world, we have to pay attention to education and research. All the vice-chancellors have been appointed on merit," he concluded.
