The court adjourned the case hearing till November 26.
Mr Abbasi appeared before the court, however, Rana Shamim’s lawyer appeared on his behalf as Shamim’s brother passed away. Judge remarked that the IHC would take action against a chief justice if a single piece of evidence would be presented before the court in support of the claim made in the affidavit.IHC CJ said, “Judges must be criticized and they must also be held accountable.”
